She was the best agent for us. Not only did she do everything for us with a friendliness and professionalism that was expected, but also did not push us or try to sell us on anything. Rather she read the room and realized what was best was to help facilitate what we wanted. She still sent us properties and recommendations but did not push at all. And beyond that she did all the leg work for us and really made the whole buying experience easy and fun! She's a good person too and we can tell that she's genuine and cares about people. That goes a long way with us and others too.

Found Brittany Cowan through Zillow website. She had great reviews and a nice smile so I rolled the dice and made her my agent. What a great decision that was! To say she was extemley helpful and reliable is an understatement as she was a step ahead of this process throughout! My situation was slightly more complex being a VA loan but Brittany didn't miss a beat and referred me to an amazing loan officer, VA home inspector, cleaning service, title company , etc. I can honestly say she made to whole process stress-free and even enjoyable! Brittany took me through a detailed discussion of price range, what I wanted in a home, and had me qualify what was required, nice to have, and didn't want at all. She made me aware of available for sale properties that potentially met my requirements, and pointed out other features that might make them more or less desirable. I was referred to Brittany from an out of state real estate agency. The entire experience with Brittany was phenomenal! She was knowledgeable of the area not only regarding home sales values but also of amenities in the area. She very quickly had our listing up and had it sold in a matter of days.
